Measurements should be taken over a subarmalis, thoromachus or pterugues. If you do not have any of these garments please measure over a sweatshirt, a sweater or a few layers of t-shirts. Where to measure: 1) Chest 2) Your hip at the location where you want the bottom of the segmentata to reach. This is approximately 3" below your belly button. 3) Shoulder point to base of neck 4) Bottom of shoulder blade up and over the shoulder to the nipple 5) Nipple to a point 3" below belly button. 6) Distance across upper back, arm pit to arm pit 7) Distance across pectorals, arm pit to arm pit 8) Neck at the base 9) Height 10) Weight Segmentata Measuring Diagram It also helps to include a few photos of yourself in a t-shirt... front view, side view, back view, from the knees up to the base of the neck.
